Energy not received (General Problem???)

Hi,
i have tried to transfer energy from playwallet to my goldsmugglers account.
Playwallet shows transaction confirmation. But asset not arrived in my goldsmugglers Account.
Can you please check this problem. I have had this 2 or 3 times.
Perhaps there is a general Problem with the wallet.
The transfer from Goldsmugglers to playwallet runs without problems!

Account in Playwallet: MichaelPeter ([email protected])
Account in Goldsmugglers: MichaelPeter (same Email-Adress)

yop. same here. Send energy from my wallet to goldsmugglers and nothink happened

That is really sad.
4 days ago i posted the problem with the wallet.
I wrote an E-Mail
Still no answer from support.
But when i am honest, it is no wonder! The same like in Goldentowns.
Only a minute to write an answer about it. Not possible?????

yes i see it.
still no answer of my email.
But is no wonder.
And when this is no BUG? Perhaps he stopped the Energytransfer with a reason.
There is all possible.

Hello,

I am afraid that this is same to all players. Maybe the owner has some new plans for this game, wish us to consume all the Gold first.

Just wait and see all buildings collapse very soon :cry:
